MM Skinの盗作疑惑に関して、
ShoppingCartDiscoはあいかわらず炎上中。

本人は登場してませんが、お店のスタッフらしき人Aradia Dielliさんが、真っ向から否定。

Skins don’t look alike; nails are the same ones she’s used on EVERY single generation. Veins on the feet are veins used on the male generation, and well… as you can see from those pictures; they are “NOTHING” alike.

I’ll agree with Again? almost all skins have the same nails. I don’t think they look anything like those there.

I’d also like to point out something stated in Danae’s read me file.

So Danae admits to using stock photos available to ANYONE to make her skins, but yet Minnu stole her textures? I mean, why isn’t it possible that Minnu used 3dsk as her main site for sourcing her skins? A lot of people do, if not everyone who photo sources skins, and nearly everyone who creates skins on Renderosity or any of those 3d sites, use the same stock sites.

Minnu was tipped about this blog entry being in the works. Those you made a comment to, are obviously fed up with your attacks towards Minnu.

This entry isn’t about you trying to bring awareness to the community as a good citizen; this is just another blog entry about your witch hunting, like you’ve done with so many other people.

I once thought you were a great person, I can’t say this anymore. I am simply tired and fed up with the attacks, not only towards Minnu and Thora but towards everyone who you don’t like. You don’t just give up, you continue till you’ve achieved your purpose, which means finishing those you hate.

Honestly, I wish you would put all this energy to good use. Spend more time with your child, your partner, your family… god anything that isn’t meant in a negative way.

You helped me a lot with the Lindsey situation and for that I will be forever grateful, but this thing with Minnu has gotten way too far. I can’t call someone a friend, who on a weekly basis bashes someone I love so much.

I just wish you would be different and would stop all this drama you love creating, one thing is being helpful and another is loving to make peoples’ lives hell and you are quite good at it.

Tensh, this has gone way too far and I hope you know legal actions will be headed your way for slander; it’s not the first time you have done this. Enough is simply enough and someone needs to put an end to your madness.

否定する根拠は、「まったくふたつは似てない。ｊｑ同じツメは、スキンの最初のシリーズから使用されたものである。正式なライセンスもある。またDanaeさんも、CGのスキンを作るにあたって同じ写真ソースを使っている」
「こんなヒマなことをしている時間があったら、子どもの世話をしたらどう？」
なんてことまで書いているので、火に油(;´Д`)・・。

MMが、現実のブランドをコピーした件についても否定。

服の場合は相手方は気づきもしなかったでしょうが、
今回のスキンの件ではおそらく裁判になります。
知的所有権侵害の裁判は、泥沼です。
お店側としては、否定を続ける以外に方法はないと思われます。
どちらの言い分が正しいかは、わしにはわかりません。裁判の結果次第だな（´・ω・｀）
でも、前回のウソ臭い弁明や今回のスタッフの感情的な発言の繰り返しで、「もうこのブランド、信じられない」つーのが本音っす・・・
